BP Pro Protective Sealer is designed specifically for use on block paving to seal and protect the surface. It is a water-based single component polymer that penetrates to give you an invisible finish. Protective Sealer is non-hazardous and non-toxic and has the consistency of water and is milky white and has a medium odor when in it’s liquid state and dries to an invisible finish. It can be used indoors and outdoors on new and existing projects because it is safe and UV stable. Protective Sealer can be applied immediately because it breathable and it has great coverage. The product is easy to install and offers environmental protection and reduces the formation of efflorescence. Cured product is heat and freeze resistant.

Polymeric Stone Dust is recommended for a variety of uses, including pool sides, patios, foot paths etc. Natural stones have to be installed on drainage bed systems:
Maximum of 1" of sand or stone dust plus a minimum of 5" of crushed stone.
Gator Dust Coverage:
The quantity required depends on the shape and size of the natural stones as well as the width of the joints.
50lbs will cover between 20 to 30 square feet. if the joints are approximately 1-2" and the stones are approximately 2-2.5" thick.
Please Note:
Gator Dust Bond hardens very firm, yet still maintains flexibility. The flexibility allows Gator Dust to survive freeze thaw issues. However it can crack, if the crushed stone base has movement.

Polymer Sand is a unique mixture of polymer binders and a calibrated sand available in beige or slate grey. The installation of Polymer Sand is almost identical to using regular paver joint sand, except for the application of water. Once Polymer Sand sets, it becomes very firm and locks between the paver joints. This firm bond maintains pavers securely in place, being equally effective on both horizontal and sloped surface.

Bp Pro Efflorescence Remover is designed specifically to remove the naturally occurring white mineral salt deposits that discolor the surface of block paving as well as other man made building materials, known as efflorescence. It is a contractor grade premixed blend of non-toxic cleaning agents, including acids, that does not need to be diluted. Efflorescence Remover is biodegradable and is a safer alternative to muriatic acid. It is non-toxic and has the consistency of water and is clear in appearance and has an acidic odor. We recommend using BP Pro Efflorescence Remover specifically (and only where possible) in affected areas to remove any trace of efflorescence prior to sealing.
